Rev. mort has no Credit, no income, or for that matter no health requirements. If you dont have enough equity (shortfall) what is that ammount? sometimes that may prove easier to get from a family member or friend.. if your shortfall is 50k then maybe it is to much... the other resource that can help, if there is such a center, could be a different name, but The Center For The Aged could have a different name is your county.
