I do not have enough equity to qualify for a reverse mortgage so I am told so now what do I do ?

I am about ready to just let it go and when I get booted out remember what Adult Protection told me “that we all have to go one time as another” and with my health problems it would not be long for me and I think it would be more comfortable to end things here at home rather than wait until I end up on the streets .

I am a reverse mort. specialist and honestly I dont know what the police or the DA have to do with it… Rev. mort has no Credit, no income, or for that matter no health requirements. If you dont have enough equity (shortfall) what is that ammount? sometimes that may prove easier to get from a family member or friend.. if your shortfall is 50k then maybe it is to much… the other resource that can help, if there is such a center, could be a different name, but The Center For The Aged could have a different name is your county. Ask around… Also if your not sure of your Reverse Mortgage info. feel free to contact me I can at least explain your situation!
